WHERE IS HD FACTORY LOCATED?
Our store is open for walk-ins and appointments. Clients have the option to schedule time with one of our Sales Representatives. Appointments can be easily made by mail or phone.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

DO YOU OFFER TILE SAMPLES?
Yes, we do offer samples of our tiles that are available in-store . Please not that we have limited samples of Special Order items available.
ARE ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS IN STOCK?
We carry a broad selection of tiles in large stocks in our warehouse. However, product quantities may vary by product. Clients that are in need of very large quantities are advised to order ahead of time.
We can arrange any quantities by special order, giving clients even more options and guaranteed availability.
DO YOU SELL INSTALLATION PRODUCTS AND TOOLS?
Yes, we offer installation products to complete your project. From tile adhesives, grout to natural stone sealers ; all the floor care products you need for you new and old tiles. Don't hesitate to ask one of our Sales Representatives to help find the right grout or floor maintenance product for your tile project.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY/SHIPPING OPTIONS?
HD Factory offers delivery for Sint Maarten and Saint Martin.
The delivery fee must be paid prior to delivery.
Merchandise will be delivered as close as deemed possible by the driver.
Pallets will neither be unpacked, nor transported on places of installation.

We schedule orders according the shipping company schedule. Our Sales Representatives are happy to help you with the shipping process.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, please notify your Sales Representative right away in order to receive a full credit for the purchase price and the return of the product.
We accept returns of full boxes for tiles in stock within fifteen (15) days of purchase.
We do not accept returns of mosaics, end of stock, special order or discontinued items.
HD Factory reserves the right to refuse any credit for unworthy goods.
All returns are subjected to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
No responsibility can be accepted for incorrect product, shade variation or crazing after installation.
Claims against breakage or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours upon goods’ reception.
Once the product is installed, it may not be returned under any circumstances. HD factory is not responsible for incorrect installation of goods; clients must follow all manufacturers’ instructions regarding use of purchased goods.
Installed merchandise is considered accepted; therefore no refund or credit can be issued.
Delivery is nonrefundable.
DO YOU OFFER TILE INSTALLATION SERVICES?
HD Factory does not offer tile installation services. We will be happy to refer to you a list of certified tilers who can assist you.
HD Factory does not guarantee these installations provided by the tilers and can not be held liable for any poor installations or damages.
