Join our team in Cole Bay as a Sales Clerk. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our showroom, acting as a trusted advisor to homeowners, architects, and contractors.

 

You won't just be selling products; you’ll be helping our clients transform their spaces by turning bathroom visions into reality with our premium selection of tiles, fixtures, and high-end finishes.

Responsibilities

​​

• Greet customers and provide expert advice on tile selection, installation materials, bathroom furniture and bathroom fixtures.

• Accurately calculate quantities, create quotes and process sales transactions through our POS system.

• Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and that all displays are up-to-date and clearly tagged.

• Explain the technical specifications of different materials (e.g., porcelain vs ceramic)

• Monitor stock levels on the floor and assist with periodic inventory counts.

• Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes and manage customer inquiries via phone and email.

• Assist customers with scheduling deliveries and addressing any concerns regarding their orders.

Job Requirements

​

• Basic to intermediate experience in retail sales; experience in home improvement is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Ability to calculate area measurements (square meters/footage) and material estimates accurately.

• Comfortable using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic Microsoft Office software.

• Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift tile samples or small boxes.

Education Requirements

​

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience. 

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Additional languages such as Spanish or French are a plus for our diverse clientele.

General Requirements

​​

• Must be able to work from Monday to Saturday.

• Must have Dutch nationality or valid working permit.

• Must be in possession of own transportation.
